Since being founded, Harrison Catering is proud to have created an environment where our people can thrive, along with a culture where they feel valued with excellent opportunities to train and develop all within a team spirit where they feel very much part of the Harrison family.
We have welcomed many new team members, and those that have transferred to us as part of winning new business, and we have seen a common theme where they have experienced and shared the step change with the level of guidance, support and learning provided to them.
When people are happy, feel well treated, enjoy their work, are motivated, and have access to our award-winning training and development opportunities plus good benefits and rewards, this contributes to strong loyalty. We recently celebrated long-service, hosting another popular long-service lunch in London to celebrate our people with 10 and 25 years of service.
Our approach continues to yield significantly better staff retention rates than the UK Hospitality average. And we continue to be committed to the wellbeing of our staff while reinvesting in our people, business, systems and platforms that allow our teams more time to focus on our clients and the overall customer dining experience.
