Harrison graduates celebrate their successes!

Harrison was delighted to mark their staff’s graduation, which was delivered in joint partnership with HiT (Hospitality Industry Training) in Marylebone, London.

29 Harrison employees celebrated achieving their professional development qualifications Level 3 Diploma in Team Leadership and Level 4 Diploma in Hospitality Management this year.  In total, over 450 Harrison employees have completed their qualifications, since its commencement.

The bespoke Diplomas have been created in partnership with Harrison to provide people with the skills and confidence to be the best that they can be, benefitting staff and customers.  They provide people with the skills they need to manage their teams effectively and provide insight and understanding of different management styles.

The programme is delivered in an inspiring and engaging way that encourages learners to fully participate.  Support is provided by the course facilitators and Harrison mentors ensuring that delegates are provided with the tools they need to successfully complete the programme.

The graduates received their awards and delivered a short presentation explaining what it meant to them to have completed the training successfully.  A common theme was how the programme had improved their confidence and enabled them and their staff to help reach their full potential.  Many of the graduates expressed their gratitude to Harrison and HiT for their encouragement and assistance throughout the courses.
