Great Starter for the FSM Awards

Harrison Catering Services was honoured to have the opportunity to provide the first course for this year’s FSM Awards.
Director of Food and Service Mark Stower created a delicious Ginger-Infused Confit Salmon with Pickled Cucumber, Cockle and Fennel Salad and Yuzu Dressing that scored well during the live voting by the 400 industry professionals in attendance.
