Mark Stower Makes Debut at Cooky & Food Fest | Harrison Catering

Harrison’s Director of Food and Service Mark Stower will be appearing at this year’s Universal Cookery [&] Food Festival, to be held on 24th September at Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage.
Mark will join fellow chefs Hayden Groves and Peter Joyner in discussing their experiences and the challenges of working in contract catering, with each also cooking a dish typical to his business live on the centre stage. Mark will also be taking part in a panel discussion about obesity in schools.
