New Training and Communications Managers | Harrison Catering
- People
Harrison Catering Services started the new year with the appointment of two key managers to support the continuing development of its business.
Danielle Dayen has joined Harrison as communications manager. She is responsible for both internal and external communications and will work closely with Harrison’s business development, marketing and client service managers to ensure that Harrison’s capabilities and best practice are shared across the business to the benefit of clients. She has previously held a range of communications roles in various industries, including accounting, flavour and fragrance manufacturing, tourism and, most recently, construction.
Alex Taylor has joined Harrison as training manager. He will be responsible for all training activity across the company, including reviewing current training provision and creating new programmes to ensure all staff continue to be developed to the highest standard. His experience has primarily been in the retail industry, having spent 15 years with Dixons Stores Group, working in both an operational and training capacity. Most recently, he designed and delivered bespoke training programmes within the Royal Household at Buckingham Palace during the Jubilee year.
Claire Aylward, Joint Manager Director of Harrison, said:
“These two important appointments reflect Harrison’s commitment to continually improve our service to our customers. By equipping our staff with the right training and information, we will be better able to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. The fact that both Alex and Danielle come to Harrison from other industries is a plus, because the business will benefit from new ideas from outside the catering industry.”
